Deposit: There is a non-refundable deposit for each blonding/hair extension service due prior to reserving a specific opening. If there’s a need to reschedule within 48 hrs of your appointment, a new deposit will be due to hold that new opening. Cancellation: There’s a non-refundable cancellation fee of 50% of the base price of the requested service for any cancellations within exactly 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, no exceptions. No Show: There’s a non-refundable no-show fee of 100% of the base price of the service requested and you will be ineligible to book in the future. Late Arrival: There’s a 15-minute grace period for late arrival. Anything more will require a reschedule or adjustments to service requested. ** If the card on file is removed or locked from being charged a cancellation/no-show fee, there will no longer be eligibility to reserve any future appointments. No exceptions.
